ProfGPT is dedicated to enhancing learning through large language models. Our product, Prof.GPT, supports both educators and learners by improving learning experiences and outcomes. When you access the Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

To use the Services, you must provide accurate information to register for an account. You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required to consent to use the Service in your country.
You may not use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. You are responsible for input to and output from the Services, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable law (e.g., Copyright) or these Terms. Since artificial intelligence may not always be accurate, you should assess how you use the output generated by Prof.GPT for your use cases. You accept and agree to use the output of our Services at your sole risk.
You must provide complete and accurate billing information when you purchase our Services. Failed payment will result in either downgrading or suspension of your access to our Services. We accept the following forms of payment:
Our prices may change from time to time. A 30-day advance notice will be provided so you can cancel your subscription if you decide not to renew.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable.
In case of discontinuation of our Services, we will provide you with advance notice and refund you for any prepaid and unused services.
ProfGPT will not be liable for any damages, including damages for financial losses and losses in data and intangible assets (e.g., goodwill).
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms, and any attempt to do so will be void. We may assign our rights or obligations under these Terms to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor in interest of any business associated with our Services.

We will give you at least 30 days' advance notice of changes to these Terms that materially adversely impact you, either via email or an in-product notification. These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. All claims arising out of or relating to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of Canada.
